Syed Muddasir — Founder & CTO
Code Nation LLC was founded in 2024 by Syed Muddasir — a full-stack developer, CTO, and entrepreneur with 15 years of experience building and leading development teams for businesses across the US and South Asia.
Muddasir started writing code in 2011, grew from freelance web designer to full-stack developer, and in 2016 founded JapRox Technologies — a web development company that still operates today with a 10+ person team. He then rose through the ranks at Gubloo Technologies, going from Full-Stack Developer to CTO in under a year — leading an engineering team of 50+ developers, QA engineers, and project managers. He later held a technical equity stake at YourProductMatters Inc (YPM Inc), a US-registered technology company, where he built and led a dedicated team of 16.
In August 2024, he launched Code Nation LLC in Florida with one focused mission: give US and Canadian digital agencies access to a senior-level development team they can trust and white-label — without the cost and complexity of building in-house.
